Fixed working height — who it is for
The fixed-height version is stiffer and cheaper than the adjustable one. It works well where the same person always works at the table or where maximum worktop stability matters.
If the station is used by shift workers, consider the height-adjustable version — the code of such a model contains the letter “R”.
A 35 mm plywood worktop dampens vibration better than a steel one and does not deform the items placed on it. For work with hot metal we recommend a galvanised steel sheet overlay, which protects the surface from scorching.

Frequently asked questions about the WS3-53 workbench
Does this model have height adjustment?
No — this is the fixed working-height version. Models with adjustment have the letter “R” in the code, for example WS3R-04.
Does the table arrive assembled?
Yes, we deliver workbenches fully assembled. Delivery does not include carrying in or unloading.
What is the lead time?
Standard is 3–7 weeks. From November to January the lead time may be longer due to the higher volume of orders.
Will the worktop withstand work with hot parts?
Plywood works well for assembly and metalworking, but is not resistant to contact with hot metal. For welding we recommend a galvanised steel sheet overlay.
