Storage bins for the workshop — order for small parts
Storage bins (also called workshop containers or parts bins) are the simplest way to organise screws, nuts, washers, connectors and other small items that quickly get lost in a busy workshop. This category offers containers in three groups: small plastic bins P1 and P2, VARIOfit material boxes and metal containers. They suit the assembly station, the service bay, the shop floor and the parts store.
VARIOfit is a brand of the German company Cordes, with the boxes manufactured in Poland at the Cordes plant. The other containers come from a Polish manufacturer. These warehouse bins are easy to combine with the rest of your equipment, such as perforated systems and workshop organisers.

VARIOfit material boxes — plastic workshop containers
The fk series boxes are made of impact-resistant polyurethane. They withstand temperatures from -40°C to +80°C as well as acids, oils and alkalis, so they cope well with service conditions. Colours make sorting easy, for example green for one type of fastener and red for another. Versions .002 and .003 are designed for mounting on a tool panel.

How to choose storage bins for your workshop
- Size of the small parts — P1 or fk-105 is enough for screws and nuts; choose P2, fk-140 or galvanised boxes for larger fasteners.
- Load — match the load capacity: from 0.5 kg (fk-105.002) to 5 kg (fk-140.002) in plastic, and 25 kg and 50 kg in the zsw boxes.
- Working conditions — if the bins will meet oils, acids or very low and high temperatures, choose VARIOfit polyurethane.
