All the furniture comes from the Polish FastService factory — made to order with a 5-year warranty. We issue VAT invoices and hold safety certificates, a CE declaration and a TÜV load-capacity certificate. Pallet freight delivery in 5-10 working days.

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle complete workshop equipment projects?
Yes. Contact us — within 24 hours we send a quote for a complete workstation or hall based on the floor area and a description of your needs (type of work, number of workstations, industry). We can quote for the full equipment of a car workshop (2-3 bays + store) as a single package.

What is the delivery time?
Furniture from stock (standard lines): 5-7 working days by pallet freight. Made-to-order furniture (RAL colours, non-standard dimensions): 10-14 days. Large orders (50+ pieces): individual quote, usually 21 days.

Do you provide certificates for tenders?
Yes. Every furniture category has a full set of documents: CE, safety certificate, TÜV (where load capacity applies), non-flammability certificate for the powder coating, and the declaration of conformity from the manufacturer FastService. We issue the full documentation on request before dispatch or together with the invoice.

Can I order furniture in my company colours?
Yes. The standard colours are RAL 7035, 5010 and 7016 — available immediately. Any other colour from the RAL Classic palette (213 colours) is made to order at an extra cost of ~5-10% and with a lead time of 14 days. If your company colour is in another system (Pantone, NCS), we will convert it to the nearest RAL.

What discounts do you offer on wholesale orders?
Standard scale: 5+ pieces -8%, 10+ -12%, 25+ -15%. Above 50 pieces: individual quote with larger discounts. Large orders are handled by a dedicated coordinator.

Do you offer deferred payment?
Yes — for regular customers after a credit check. Terms: 14 days (new customers), 30 days (after 3 transactions), 60 days (after 10 transactions). The first order is usually prepaid.

Can I return furniture if it does not fit?
B2B orders are not subject to the statutory right of return (as for consumers). However, in the case of manufacturing defects or a delivery error we replace the goods or refund the full amount. For custom orders (made to order, non-standard dimensions) returns are not possible, which is why we recommend consulting our adviser before purchase.
