Unlike a fixed tool cabinet, a trolley can be moved to a car on a lift, between assembly stations or to the parts store. What makes a good tool trolley

• Drawers on telescopic (ball-bearing) runners with full extension — tools at the back of the drawer are fully within reach
• Central locking — one lock secures all drawers at once, numbered keys
• Stable steel construction — 1.0-1.5 mm sheet steel, powder coating, TÜV certificate

How much does a tool trolley cost?
The price depends on the line, the drawer configuration and the size — the current price of each model is shown on its product page. PROFESSIONAL P-2 is the entry-level line, TRUCK PT is the mid-range and MEGA PM is the top of the range. Wholesale (5+ pieces) — discount of 8-15%.

Can I add a top unit to the trolley?
Yes. Dedicated top units are available for every line: PN for PROFESSIONAL P-2, PNT for TRUCK, PNM for MEGA. The top unit mounts directly on the trolley and doubles its capacity.

What castors do the tool trolleys have?
The trolleys stand on 4 industrial castors Ø100-160 mm made of hard rubber or polyurethane. 2 or 4 castors with brakes keep the trolley stable during work. The castors do not scratch epoxy floors.

Which trolley for a car workshop?
The PROFESSIONAL MEGA line with 10-15 drawers and a PNM top unit. It offers large capacity, a strong steel construction and easy movement around the hall. Recommended models: 10 drawers for a home garage, 12-15 drawers for a workshop with 1-2 bays.

Which trolley for a truck service shop?
The PROFESSIONAL TRUCK PT line with a reinforced construction (load capacity 500-650 kg). Larger Ø160 mm castors cope well with uneven hall floors, and the larger drawers hold impact wrenches and hydraulic jacks.

Do the trolleys have central locking?
Yes. All PROFESSIONAL, TRUCK and MEGA trolleys have 3-point central locking — one lock secures all the drawers. Numbered keys, spare copies available. Master Key central locking for multiple trolleys is optional (for wholesale orders).

Are the trolleys compatible with tool inserts (e.g. Bahco)?
Yes. The standard drawers have dimensions that allow foam inserts from Bahco, Knipex, Hazet, Beta and other European manufacturers to be fitted. The drawer base is flat — fix the inserts with double-sided tape, or without it (their own thickness holds them in place).

How long does it take to produce a trolley?
Lead time is 15-25 working days. Trolleys are made to order in the RAL colour of your choice. Urgent orders (express): possible in 10 days for a +20% surcharge.
