A perforated tool panel is one of the most effective ways of organising tools in a workshop — you see everything you own, every tool has its place and you know at once what is missing. Our metal panels are available in two systems: NOVA (standard grid) and TITANIUM (70 mm grid, for TITANIUM cabinets).

To a perforated panel you add hooks and holders from the ZW and ZWN systems and specialist ranges — open-ended spanners, screwdrivers, socket wrenches, files and many other tools can be organised effectively on a single panel.

Which hooks fit perforated panels?
ZW and ZWN system hangers fit NOVA panels. Hooks and holders from the TITANIUM system are designed for TITANIUM NT70 panels. Check the perforation grid compatibility before buying.
Is the perforated panel wall-mounted?
Yes, perforated panels are mounted on a wall or on the frame of a tool stand. Fixing elements are supplied with every panel. They can also be fitted inside cabinets and display cabinets.
How much does a tool panel with hooks cost?
The price depends on size and the number of elements. Basic NOVA panels are the entry-level option; panel sets with a full complement of hooks and holders are priced by size and the number of items. Contact us for a quote.
How long does it take to make a tool panel?
Lead time is 15–25 working days. The panels are made to order in the RAL colour of your choice.
Do hangers from other manufacturers fit?
Yes — 5×5 mm holes at 32 mm spacing are an international standard. Bahco, Knipex, Würth, Stanley and Beta fit. Exception: some Knipex 4×4 mm.
What panel size should I choose?
Car workshop bay: 1500×900 mm. Hobby workshop: 800×600 mm. Production hall: 2000×1000 mm + individual 1200×600 mm panels above the benches.
Will the panel hold a heavy set?
Yes — 1.5 mm steel sheet fixed with 3–4 plugs in a load-bearing wall holds 50–100 kg of tools.
What are shadow (profiled) boards?
Panels with the outline of specific tools cut out — an instant way to spot what is missing (5S principle). Made to order for a specific set of tools.
