Which height should I choose?

Standard: seat 390 – 520 mm. Raised: seat 450 – 640 mm. The standard version is enough for an ordinary workbench, and the raised version for higher worktops.

Glides or castors?

Glides when the seat is to stay in one place. Carpet castors for carpet and mats, rubber-coated castors for tiles, laminate panels and industrial floors.
