Polstein KP-0B is a workshop chair from the BASIC series with a seat and backrest made of polyurethane (PUR) foam. You adjust the seat height within 430 – 560 mm (gas lift stroke 130 mm). PUR foam is resistant to water, oils and disinfectants, and the chair has a PZH hygiene certificate and a flame-retardancy certificate.

Construction and materials

  • Seat and backrest made of high-density integral PUR foam – resistant to mechanical damage, water, oils, disinfectants and weak alkalis and acids
  • Base made of polyamide with 30% glass fibre – rigid and crack-resistant
  • Backrest connected by a resilient oval steel profile in a plastic cover

Adjustments

  • Smooth seat height adjustment with a single lever (gas lift stroke 130 mm)
  • Backrest tilt resistance adjusted with a knob under the seat – set the resistance to the user's weight
  • The backrest angle adjusts automatically to the movement of the back (backrest height is not adjustable)

Glides or castors – which to choose?
Glides when the chair is to stand stably in one place. Castors for soft surfaces for carpet and mats, rubber-coated castors for tiles, laminate panels and floors (at extra cost). Self-braking castors (at extra cost) lock when you sit down.
Does the KP-0B have certificates?
