Plywood worktop instead of steel sheet
18 mm plywood with an anti-slip coating does not deform under impact and does not transmit sound the way steel sheet does. Tools that have been put down do not slide across the worktop as the trolley is moved.
A worktop 1240 mm wide provides a genuine working surface, not just somewhere to put down a spanner — this trolley replaces a smaller workbench where work moves between workstations. For stationary work, the following are more suitable: workbenches.
Why a cabinet next to the drawers
A drawer suits flat and small tools. Anything taller — cans, aerosols, power tools in cases, coils of cable — needs a full-height compartment. A cabinet with a door holds what a drawer cannot take.

How much can one drawer hold?
The load capacity of one drawer is 80 kg. A socket set in a case weighs about 10–15 kg, so the limit covers several sets in one drawer.
Do the wheels have a brake?
This model is fitted with 80 mm wheels without a lock. For work that requires the trolley to be fully immobilised, it is best to position it against a wall or table, or to choose the WWS series, in which one of the wheels has a brake.
What goes in the cabinet and what in the drawers?
Drawers take flat and small tools — spanners, screwdrivers, tape measures. The full-height cabinet holds what does not lie flat: cans, aerosols, power tools in cases, cables.
What colours is the trolley available in?
As standard, the body is RAL 7035 (light grey) and the drawers and doors RAL 6033 (mint green). RAL 1015, 6033, 5005 and 9005 are also available at no extra cost — other shades from the RAL palette are quoted individually.
What is the lead time?
Standard is 3–7 weeks. From November to January the lead time may be longer due to the higher volume of orders.
